Our Fees

Visioneering Consultants, Inc. is a full service Association Management, Meeting and Event Planning Company.  We accept consulting assignments from non-profit, not-for-profit and associations.  Fees are negotiated in advance.  We do not work on a contingent or percentage basis.  There is no fee for an initial consultation or visit.  Expense reimbursement may be required for long distance travel.

What are our fees?

The first consultation with us is free.  As far as our fees, they vary depending on the work being asked of us to do.  The expenses (postage, paper, printing, etc.) are paid by our clients. 

As consultants we will work within the means of our clients.  We do not base our fees upon a percentage basis.  We do not work on a contingent bias.   All fees are negotiated in advance.
